It's not effective...was it expired?
It doesn't even give that cooling effect..n its not like a balm , it's so grainy...

Also the packaging was broken and the balm looked weird.

Horrible customer service

I ordered the product after seeing an advertisement on instagram as I suffer from sinus. Even after a week of ordering I didn’t get any shipment updates from the company and hence I mailed them. In response I got the product shipment mail and kept waiting for the delivery update which didn’t come for 4 days after which I tracked the shipment and found that the seller had cancelled the shipment. I tried calling the number given as their contact and found no response. On sending a mail of taking this up seriously on social media I get a mail for shipment again. The prepaid product was hence delivered after 17 days from date of order. In the case of delivery, the product lid was broken and the balm had seeped out. The company and its representatives have no decency to get in touch with the aggrieved customer and have not put a genuine contact number to get in touch with. Horrible experience and will never order from them again.
